Erzsébet Spa and Thermal Bath is for rent in Kisújszállás, Hungary

   To make it comply with EU standards and requirements, the Local Government of Kisújszállás, Hungary invested approximately HUF 140 million into the 2004 and 2005 reconstruction of the local Erzsébet Spa and Thermal Bath.

   The Local Authority intends to confer the operational rights of the renewed Spa and Thermal Bath on a long term basis in such a way that the company running the Spa and Thermal Bath shall—in return for the operational rights—also implement the following investments:

-            - construction of a campsite,

        - construction of a spa rheumatology,

        - adapting the thermal pool for winter use,

-            - construction of a line of kiosks at the main entrance,

-            - construction of a swimming lake and a learners' pool,

-            - construction of a hotel building.

  The Kisújszállás Local Government welcomes the application of any company interested in the project.
